No, I didn’t get hit by a bus going to work as some of you may have thought.

Last week I started having some issues with my computer, it was randomly shutting down, my firewall kept popping up out of the blue, and I found out after posting on a few forums that I have a really bad virus called Verdungo. No matter what I seem to do I can’t get rid of the damn thing, I even took it into to Best Buy to have them look at it but they want $100+ just to diagnose the problem, plus whatever it costs to fix it. This evening once I get off work I’m just going to pick up a new one, it’s not worth fixing my current one, especially when money is on the line.

Forex MegaDroid, luckily, was able to trade the week before so I’ll post a picture of my statement tonight. I also have like 50+ comments to look at and answer since I’ve been gone, so that’s gonna keep me pretty busy. Don’t worry though if you posted a comment, I greatly appreciate it and will answer it!

Any of you out there hate viruses as much as I do?

I talked about it last week and put it into action this week; I increased my lot size from micro lots to one full lot per trade, and increased my risk ratio to 20%, or 0.2 under the MegaDroid settings. After reading so many posts on other forums and comments on this very blog, I had enough confidence built up to give it a go and see what this bot would do.

The version 1.10 update came out and I immediately updated. I want to make sure that for this blog, I’m using the exact same version of Forex MegaDroid every other person would get if they started using it today. Here are the results for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Today:

Every single day I come home I’m just amazed at how much money this thing is making me. To be honest with everyone, I had serious doubts this would work and that’s the main reason I funded the account with only $500. Since I started this blog on April 7th, Forex MegaDroid has more than doubled my original account balance. I’m not the only one either, I’ve received multiple emails from followers of this blog and fellow megadroiders (I’m the first one with this term, you read it here first!) who have more than quadrupled their starting funds.

This is essentially a review blog, and my review of Forex MegaDroid so far is that this thing is the real deal, bottom line. I’m letting this thing run full force next week, same risk ratio and lot size, just to ensure consistency. It’s halarious to me that I could take out my original $500 that I put in, and still have another $611.58 left to trade with. I’m not going to do it, but it’s still cool to think about it.

First off, I’m sorry to everyone following my little blog here and looking forward to an update. This morning I was rushing to get to work as fast as possible, and must not have activated Forex MegaDroid or something because when I got home today to check on it, it wasn’t even running. So sadly I do not have any trades to show you guys today.

I thought about just leaving it on 24/7 and shut it down on Fridays, but I haven’t yet traded the overnight session so I have no idea how it will do. Anyone have any experience with running this thing non stop Monday through Friday?

Sorry to everyone who was expecting another trading update for Friday. Unbeknown to me, Forex MegaDroid for whatever reason is programmed to not trade on Friday or Sunday. I woke up and started the bot just like I normally do, but came home to see not one trade was taken, and I was afraid I screwed something up. After doing a quick Google search though I found out what was going on.

All in all this was an extremely good week for me and the bot, it completely blew me away and made some astounding profit. To be honest I had no idea what to expect from this thing, it’s brand new and I’ve never ran an automated trading robot before, so my hopes were neither high nor low. It makes me wonder though how many other people are going to download Forex MegaDroid, and if they experience the same things I have, are they going to max this thing out and let it run on a $100k account, or higher? That’s the beautiful thing about trading; once you’ve found something that works, whether it be a strategy or whatever, all you have to do to make more money is simply increase your lot size. Isn’t this the best business in the world?

It’s Saturday and way too early for me to be up, so that’s gonna wrap up this post. Like I said before though I’m planning on increasing my risk level next week and hopefully this won’t affect the bot in any negative ways, we’ll just have to see what happens. Win Ratio: 92.3% - Total Profit: $197.96

First off, I apologize for the lack of updates over the past few days, but now that and I’m back in action I have only one thing to say about Forex MegaDroid at this point… WOOOOOOOO!!

I already know the question the majority of you are going to send to me, and no, I did not change the settings or do anything to the robot whatsoever; it has been running exactly the same as the day I first loaded it up, risk tolerance and everything. Was the market extra volatile? Did Forex MegaDroid just happen to show its true colors? I honestly don’t have an answer for you guys, but you can bet your ass I’m not complaining about it.

This is just something I wasn’t expecting. On the 14th, the bot only took one trade, but bumped it up to .5 lots (it must have really like the set up) and on that trade alone I banked $46.90. Yesterday and today seemed like it was normal trading, however I noticed on some trades the bot was only in the market for a few minutes before it exited. I talked with a couple of other people about this to see if they experienced the same increase and surprise surprise, all of those who are running the default settings like I am had the same outcome. Do you guys see a trend developing here?

I’m gonna say this again for all of you currently running the bot: changing the default settings, from what I’ve seen so far, appears to decrease the win ratio. It makes sense, and you can read my other post to see my thoughts on the subject.

Next week I’ll most likely be increasing my risk tolerance. I have so much confidence right now you guys I feel on top of the world, which I know can be a bad thing because when you feel invincible, the market can slap you back to reality rather quickly. Win Ratio: 83% - Total Profit: $43.95

Following my last post, it’s kind of ironic Forex MegaDroid had a 3:1 win ratio today. All together it’s currently holding a 5:1 ratio which isn’t surprising to me. This bot is like any other trading system out there and it must have a certain percentage of losing trades; you gotta look at it as the cost of doing business. None the less it performed flawlessly and I ended up in the green $28.06.

I’m seriously considering depositing a bit more money into the account and trading with a larger lot size if the rest of the week goes well. So far I’ve heard nothing but good things from everyone I talked to who is actually using Forex MegaDroid, and I know it’s only two days but of profit so far for me personally, but man, this is so cool!

I managed to get a little free time here at work and just wanted to write down some of my thoughts so far on Forex MegaDroid. I had an awesome opportunity over the weekend to talk with a couple of my buddies who are currently running it on their own personal, live accounts like I am, and their response was very interesting.

One of em has been running the bot since Tuesday of last week. He said that while he’s currently positive in his account, his win ratio is no where near the 95% he should be getting; it’s more like 70%. I was taken back for a moment cause I mean come on, 25% is a pretty large difference, and I’m also trading the same program he is on a live account. As I talked with him more, though, I come to find out he messed with some of the default settings provided with the bot. With Forex MegaDroid you get an input window that allows you to change how the bot takes profit, its slippage tolerance, adding to positions, etc. This to me is never a good idea unless you have some experience with the bot and how it functions, and forward test on a demo account first before going live.

The other one has been trading with it since the 30th of March, and he’s currently enjoying an 88% win ratio. I asked him if he changed any of the default settings and he said no. This got me thinking that for those traders who are using this robot and want to mess around with the settings, it might not be that great of an idea at this time.

I’m using the default settings and I’m going to stick with them throughout this blog. The only values I’m going to change are those directly related to the free margin available in my account. John and Albert spent 38+ years on this folks, and to me changing the values that they have coded into Forex MegaDroid themselves is changing the basic algorithm and functionality of the bot. The trades it takes will be different, the amount of profit it takes will be different, and so will a number of other factors.

Eventually, I think it will be possible to increase everyone’s personal win ratio by tweaking these values; maybe there should be a Forex MegaDroid forum where everyone can discuss what tweaks are working for them. For now, I’m just going to stick with the basic, default set up and let it do its thing.

The bots running on my computer at home and I’ll update you guys tonight on the trades it has taken today, if any.

Just got back from work and I immediately checked on Forex MegaDroid. Low and behold, I’m currently up $15.89 in my account!

Yeah, it’s not the largest amount of profit, but since I’ve never used this bot before you can’t blame me for being a little conservative. Currently, the account is at $515.89 (I deposited $500 even), and man am I feeling good! I figure I can test this for another week or two, maybe longer, just to make sure it’s consistently making money. Then, once I have the confirmation and a little cushion in my account, I’ll bump up the leverage and see how it goes.

So far this thing is pretty cool. I had virtually no emotions involved with this money; I simply set up the bot, knew that the amount of money I set over was just for this purpose, and I was risking an extremely small percentage of my total balance. There will be times when Forex MegaDroid takes a losing trade, but that’s just part of the business. If this thing can get anywhere near the 90% ratio I will definitely be amazed!

The market’s closed over the weekend so I gotta shut this beast down, but it’ll be back up and running next week. Can’t wait, and yes I’m actually looking forward to Monday!

Just a quick update before I have to go to work. My deposit finally went through and my account is funded, so I’m giving everything the ‘green light’ and Forex MegaDroid will run all day today while I’m gone.

Setting up the robot didn’t take long at all; they have a 5 minute install guarantee on the site, but it only took me a couple of minutes since I already had MetaTrader 4 installed. I’m not familiar with all this technical stuff, but the directions are laid out step by step so it was a piece of cake even for me. Everything is ready to go!

I’m going to make another post tonight detailing everything the bot did. I’m not getting my hopes too high just yet, but hopefully I’ll see some profit when I return.
